- Description
- Attached is the fully Redacted Justification and Approval (J&A) document for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) In-Kingdom Operator Specialist (OPS). This new requirement will be to provide specialized engineering, operation, maintenance, and training support for the Royal Saudi Air Force's (RSAF) six (6) Tactical Communications Group, LLC (TCG) Battlefield Operations Support System (BOSS) enabled Ground Support Systems (GSSs), located in six (6) geographically and separate airbases within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The effort is in the form of an In-Kingdom Operator Specialist (OPS) who shall operate in monthly increments, on a day to day basis at each of the six (6) RSAF GSS locations, as directed by the RSAF through the Period of Performance (PoP) of the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), Case Identifier SR-D-QBR (31 December 2017). This contract action consists of two (2) basic Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for In-Kingdom Operator - Base Year (0001) which is Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Travel and Other Direct Costs (ODCs) (0002) which is Cost Reimbursable (CR). Options for In-Kingdom Operator Support are also established as CPFF type CLINs for the out years through the PoP of the LOA.
