FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. A Seller may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. VHA NCO 07 - 557 - Dublin, GA is taking this action in an effort to improve both seller access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, completed, real-time bids.All responsible Sellers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com. Laminates must be 100% laminated thermo-foil wrapped. We will not accept HPL (High Pressure Laminates). Fabric surfaces must have moisture barrier and with minimum of 500,000 double rubs. All colors, finishes, fabrics, and directions TBD. FAILURE TO MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE. Acceptance by the government of a lesser item in your bid does not clear you of meeting these requirements at the price you bid when the error is discovered.
