- List of NSNs that will be on contract This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Reimbursable (CR), and Time and Materials (T&M) IDIQ Repair and Engineering Services contract. There will be a Basic Contract Period with four (4) one year Annual Ordering Periods. Quantity ranges will be established for each of the fifty-two (52) LRUs/SRUs for the Basic Contract Period as well as each Annual Ordering Period. Authority for requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources, and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This effort will be sole source to Rockwell Collins. Multiple Cage Codes will be utilized (09344), (13499), (4V792), (95105), (94117), (43999), (022T1), (94756), (52791).
