- Att 6 Past Performance Att 5 Basic Insurance Att 4 Price List Att 3 Wage Determinations Att 2 QASP Att G7 Att G6 Att G5 Att G4 Att G3 Att G2 Att G1 Att 1 PWS FA4803-14-Solicitation Shaw AFB, South Carolina anticipates a competitive acquisition for packing, containerization, drayage, delivery, unpacking, storage and related services through the direct procurement method (DPM). The performance period will be for a base year plus four (4) option years for a total period of performance of 60 months. Areas of performance for this requirement will consist of two (2) zones in South Carolina counties as described in Place of Performance listed below. The set-aside for this acquisition is: 100% Small Business. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 488991 (Packing and Crating) and the size standard is $23.5M. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DoD). Registration may be accomplished at http://www.sam.gov/. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained within the solicitation package. Any interested party may submit a proposal which will be considered by this organization. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the solicitation closing date. Place of Performance: AREA I (Zone 38) South Carolina Counties of Chesterfield, Clarendon, Darlington, Kershaw, Lancaster, Lee, Marlboro, and Sumter AREA II (Zone 39) South Carolina Counties of Dillon, Florence, Georgetown, Horry, Marion, and Williamsburg The response shall consist of an electronic copy of the signed and completed SF 1449 and any 1449 amendments or revisions, and an electronic copy for each required document (with signature where a signature is applicable). E-mail proposals must be Microsoft (Word and/or Excel) or PDF Format only. The proposal file should not exceed 5MB in size. Files using.zip or any other file compression utility will not be permitted. The offeror shall submit the completed proposal, all other documents identified within this Addendum and attachments for submission with the proposal, and all amendments and representations and certifications. The solicitation must be signed and received No later than 12:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 6 December 2013.
