- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items and services: Oracle Sun Server parts and installation. The hardware identified in this procurement will be used to complete the installation of the upgraded equipment for GALE and MIDB as it applies to the support of the Australian MH-60R. Due to the unique configuration of the EWDS System, direct support from ORACLE who has knowledge of our configuration is required. Our ORACLE support people have inspected our configuration and compiled a list of the required equipment. In addition, the system is in a classified environment, and the ORACLE personnel providing the equipment will also be doing the installation and are already cleared by security. This requirement is sole sourced to: Oracle, 9515 Towne Center Drive, San Diego, CA 92121 as the only source capable of providing this requirement. Any firms believing that they can provide the system may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firms ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
