- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Request for Proposal, SPE4A514R0208 is being issued on 11/6/13 with a closing date of 11/20/13. This item is currently sole source to General Electric (CAGE 99207), NSN 2840-01-490-9837, PR 0051172345, Blade, Compressor, Air, Unrestricted, Part Number - 5126T39P01. This solicitation is for a total quantity of quantity 4,611 each. All pieces are to be delivered in 404 DARO or best possible delivery. The solicitation terms include FOB: Origin and Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. Configuration Control applies. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition.
