Description

APCS Printer Labels and Printer Ribbons Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with INTERMEC source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Only one source will satisfy agency requirements. A firm fixed priced contract will be issued to INTERMEC for APCS Printer Labels and Printer Ribbons. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-14-T-0029. The Government will consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this combined synopsis/solicitation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
