- The 11th Contracting Squadron at JB Andrews MD intends to award a sole source contract to Jeppesen Sanderson, Inc. 55 Inverness Dr E., Englewood, CO 80112 to provide client-based flight planning software (JetPlanner) for use with host service bureau flight planning engine server. Jeppesen's JetPlanner provides a complete library of worldwide Jeppesen proprietary navigational data along with instrument departure procedures, standard arrival procedures, terminal approach plates, airport diagrams, etc.) used in the charting software. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of proposals. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any responses to this notice of contract action shall be submitted to Ms. Teresa Valentine; teresa.valentine@afncr.af.mil no later than 8 November 2013 at 1200 Noon PM EST. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Jeppesen Sanderson, Inc. will be pursued. The (NAICS) code is 518210 - Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services.
