Description

In accordance with FAR 8.405-6 (2) and FAR 5.301 (2) (i), notice is hereby given that the Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Heartland Network, intends to award a commercial limited source task order to Philips Healthcare, Division of PENAC, off their VA National Acquisition Center (NAC) Contract V797P-6011B. The order was negotiated with Philips Healthcare for the maintenance of Philips brand Brilliance CT Scanner medical equipment, located at Dwight D Eisenhower VA Medical Center, 4101 S 4th St. Trafficway, Leavenworth KS 66048. Task order V797P-6011B VA255-14-F-0171 will be for one base year commencing 11-01-2013 and expiring 10-31-2014, with four option years. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. A copy of the limited source justification is attached.
