Reserved/Structured parking spaces must be in an enclosed wareyard space connected to the building and include 6 spaces for oversized trucks (minimum 10' wide X 22' long) and 4 spaces for boat storage (minimum 12' wide X 26' long). Warehouse space must have 2 oversized drive-in doors (minimum 12' wide X 14' high). Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
