- The Department of the Treasury intends to make a sole source award to Moody's Analytics, Inc. for Economics Publications under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1). Specifically, Treasury intends to purchase subscriptions to the Precis Macro and Dismal Scientist publications. These publications will provide access to data, analysis, modeling and forecasts on national and regional economies, financial markets, and credit risk that is assessed on a daily basis. Companies with relevant capabilities are encouraged to submit capabilities presentations in response to this notice.
