Description

BPA for Various Blood Reagents for the Blood Bank at BAACH/121st CHS, Korea This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish a multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for various blood supplies for the Blood Bank at Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital (BAACH)/121st CSH, Seoul, Korea. The items include, but are not limited to; pano screen cell I&II, check cells, complement cell, pano cell 16, reference cell, cor QC and FMH rapid screen. Calls will be placed against the BPA as supplies are required. Period of performance will be effective 1 DECEMBER 2013 through 30 NOVEMBER 2018. The NAICS code is 621991. Interested parties shall reply to Pacific Regional Contracting Office Korea via email to Unsuk Chong(unsuk.chong2.civ@mail.mil) or Jean K. Ross (jean.k.ross.civ@mail.mil) TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED.
