Section J-12 Exhibit Line Item Numbers Section J-07 Fig 2 Camp Billy Machen Section J-L-04 Financial Questionaire Section J-L-03 Past Performance Questionaire Section J-L-02 Corporate Experience Data Sheet Section J-L-01 Request For Information Section J-13 Wage Determinations Section J-07 MCAS Yuma Range Area Map Section J-08 thru J-11 Attachments Section J-01 thru J-06 Attachments N6247314R0402 Solicitation The United States Marine Corp Air Station (MCAS), Yuma, Arizona has an acquisition requirement to provide Refuse Collection and Disposal Services, which will consist of a Base Period of Performance of Six (6) months followed by Four (4) One-Year Option Periods available. The Base Period of Performance will begin on 01 April 2014 thru 30 September 2014. The First Option Period will begin on 01 October 2014 and run until 30 September 2015. The Second Option Period will begin 01 October 2015 thru 30 September 2016. The Third Option Period will begin 01 October 2016 ending September 2017. The solicitation package is included as an attachment to the FedbizOpps notice. The Fourth and final Option Year Period of Performance will begin October 2017 and end on September 2018. The contractor shall provide all the necessary labor, supervision, management, tools, material, equipment, facilities, transportation, supplies and other items to perform all operations in connection with the Refuse Collection and Disposal Services based on the scheduled work as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) contained in the solicitation. All work shall be performed in accordance with contract requirements, relevant drawings, and schedules. The resultant contract will be a combination Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and indefinite delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562111 with a size standard of $35.5M. This procurement is solicited as an 8(a) set aside for small business concerns on a competitive basis. All interested parties may obtain a copy of the solicitation and Statement of Work and the other mandatory information as required under solicitation number N62473-14-R-0402 on the following web site: https://www.fob.gov on 07 November 2013. The Site Visit for this project is scheduled for November 19, 2013 at 9:00 A.M. Please make all necessary arrangements to arrive at building 888, located at MCAS Yuma, no later than 8:45 A.M. The scheduled site locations are throughout MCAS base and the surrounding areas. The Exhibit Line Item Numbers (ELINS) and additional information required in conjunction with this solicitation can be found under the title of 'Instructions to Offerors'. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or technical information as required by 52.212-1 cited in the solicitation, if the terms and conditions of this solicitation are rejected by the offeror, the offeror may be excluded from consideration. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government based on technical acceptability and price. The following FAR Clauses and Provisions are incorporated by reference and apply to this acquisition. FAR provision 52.212-1 'Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items' (Mar 2000). FAR provision 52.212-3 'Offeror Representations and Certifications' (Jul 2000) apply to this acquisition.
