- This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation, with a base and four option periods, for one NSN. The NSN is 1680-01-520-9455, Control Assy, IAW Guardian Electric Mfg (CAGE 73949), part number A243-000084-02 or Forward Components (CAGE 4THM6) part number A243-000084-02. This item is a Limited Source item and will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement, using Other-than Full and Open Competition. FOB Destination. Estimated Annual Quantity is 62 each. This will be a stock buy contract. Origin Inspection is required. Requested delivery for this item is 300 days ARO or best possible for the production units. Item is a Critical Safety Item. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. PPIRS-E-Proc applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is November 22, 2013. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about December 23, 2013.
