Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 9000 to 10000 rentable useable square feet in Marietta, Ohio for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The space must be handicapped accessible and can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space. Onsite parking for 100 vehicles is required. Lease term will be for 10 year firm term with an option of 5 additional years. Space with in or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered. North;_Arends Road -South; State Route 7 - East: Hills Bridge RD West; Blue Knob Road. A Market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by the VA. Interested offers, owners, brokers, or their legal representatives should contact Dara Green, Contract Officer at 216.447.8300 ext. 3784 or via Email at dara.greene@va.gov. Contact required by 12:00 PM (Noon) by Monday November 22, 2013. The Government is limited by law (40USC 278a,as Amended 10.1.81 to pay no more than the appraised fair rental for space. Please note: This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. A solicitation for offers will be issued be the Department of Veterans Affairs during the week of November 25, 2013. All interested parties will submit a request for solicitation in writing to the attention of Dara Green at the above email address. Potential offers shall describe the property in detail. A site investigation of all properties will be conducted. Complete access of all properties will be required at the time of site investigation.
