- NSN: 3110-01-054-6333, Purchase Request Number 1000015966. This item is manufactured to a Drawing & Part Numbered Item. Approved Sources: HAMILTON SUNDSTRAND 99167, DWG 5902023 Rev. F, P/N 5902023; MPB, Cage 40920, P/N 5902023, SKF USA INC, CAGE 38443, P/N 5902023; FAG, CAGE 43991, P/N 5902023; TIMKEN, CAGE 21335, P/N 5902023. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Stocked Item. A QCC Code of FCA. This is not a CSI item per SAP on 11/9/13. Packaging MIL-DTL-197L applies. Requested delivery is 212 Days ARO. This NSN is a source control item. Progress payments will not be utilized because the conditions of FAR 32.5 have not been met. Solicited as Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The award from the RFP can only be made for domestically manufactured (USA or Canada) bearing components per DFARS 252.225-7016. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). The contract will be effective for a three year (3) base period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract for a single- two (2) year option period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 55 each (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 55 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 111 each. The estimated annual demand is 111 pieces. The initial delivery order represents the guaranteed minimum quantity for this IDPO, and the Government is under no obligation to place additional orders under this contract. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be November 15, 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dlail/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
