- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Washington City: Puyallup Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: Houston Rd E runs west on 13th St. NE, Benston Dr. E, crosses Milwaukee & 5th NE to N Meridian onto River Road to 4th St NW and east runs east to 410 highway interchange Eastern Boundary: 134th Avenue East runs south to Pioneer Way East and north to Main Avenue E (Linden Drive) and stop at the 410 highway interchange Southern Boundary: 7th Avenue SE that runs west to 5th Street SW and east onto Pioneer Way E until it reaches 134th Avenue E. Western Boundary: 5th Street SW that runs into 5th Street NW, crosses W. Stewart Avenue and continues north on 4th Street NW until it runs into River Road. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,622 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,884 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 24 Parking Spaces (Surface): 16 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 8 Full Term: 5 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Ideal space would be contiguous on one floor to meet the agency’s mission. Ground level (first floor) space is preferred but not required. Parking must be contiguous, paved and striped, well-lit and allow for easily maneuvering of vehicles. A minimum of four (4) parking spaces must be secured by a chain link fence or motorized gate. After hours janitorial service is required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease [is/is not] required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
