Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office plans to obtain the iRhythm Zio patch using other than full and open competition. The contractor shall provide the estimated quantities listed in the attached proposed sole source justification. NAICS code 339112 applies with a size standard of 500 employees. The commercial item test program will be used. The resulting order will be an fixed-firm price type order and is expected to include a one-year basic period, with four one-year options. Anticipated award date is o/a 11-15-2013. All questions must be in writing and may be emailed to daniel.czech@va.gov. Any interested party is responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the website listed above, without further notification from the VA Contracting Officer. Contractors must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov).
