- This synopsis is posted as a replacement for solicitation # W52P1J-14-R-3010. All future postings will be posted to this solicitation number. NOTE: FedBizOpps utilizes the quote mark Response Date quote mark on this synopsis for archive purposes only and is NOT to be confused with the estimated closing date in this announcement or the date for receipt of proposals contained in the solicitation. The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for a contractor to provide PINS, IAW Pin, Shear: Drawing 9213713E, dated 1 Feb 12, NSN: 9213713:19203; Pin, Groove: Drawing 9223003B, dated 1 Feb 12, NSN: 9223003:19203; Pin, Spring: Drawing 12967877B, dated 1 Apr 10, NSN: 12967877:1920. End use: 120MM and 155MM. Quantities are as follows: a. Pin, Shear (155MM) b. Pin, Groove (155MM) c. Pin, Spring (120MM) This procurement will be firm fixed priced and set aside 100% for small business. Delivery shall be FOB Destination: Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR. ACC-RI intends to issue Request for Proposal, W52P1J-14-R-3010 to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Website, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 05 November 2013 with a closing date 30 days after issuance. All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). If you are not registered in SAM, you cannot be awarded a DoD contract. The internet site for registering in SAM is https://sam.gov/. You may also contact the SAM Help Desk Support at https://www.fds.gov or 866-606-8220. Also, a new procedure for accessing restricted and unrestricted technical data through a website is in effect. The ACC-RI will no longer make Technical Data Packages (TDPs) available to order via CDROMS. TDPs will be obtained electronically via the link(s) in clause 52.211- 4502 which will direct you to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) website. Contractors must have an FBO account prior to accessing any TDP(s).
