- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice and attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation number is FA8052-14-F2M4AK3225A001B, ESG-Medical Resource Management Workshop. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54 are incorporated. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS 721110, with a Size Standard of $30 Million (FAR 19.502-2(a)). Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist identified herein. Quotes shall be submitted not later than 1:00 PM (CST) on Friday, 29 November 2013. The Government anticipates awarding a single contract (See Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule) on or about 6 December 2013. Please see attached synopsis/RFP for full requirement description.
