- This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4- 1 year option years. The part being procured is a Latch Assembly, Aircraft for NSN 1560-01-406-8974 for an estimated annual quantity of 90 each under part number 4195-7. The approved source of supply is Adam Rite Aerospace CAGE: 80477. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 26 November 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
