- PR 004784 for NSN 5836-01-507-5426, Boeing Corporation, CAGE 76301, P/N 74-870313-109, or BAE Corporation, CAGE 1Z126, P/N MT93111100-5, Controller, Video DI. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Export Control applies. The solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 45 each. Inspection / Acceptance / FOB origin. Required delivery is 342 days ARO. This solicitation is unrestricted utilizing other than full and open competition. This item is not used in the commercial sector. It is anticipated that the solicitation issue date will be on or around 15 November 2013 and the closing date will be on or around 16 December 2013. Because there is more than one approved source for this item a complete solicitation will be generated and posted on DIBBS. In order to receive an award, regardless of the dollar value, the successful vendor must be registered in the SAM database (System for Award Management, formerly CCR). Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a complete copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retreival System (PPIRS).
