- **Modification to Extend offeror Due Date is Attacehed as SF-30. Offers are now due on 11/20/13 at 12:01pm EST. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 1-100th Detachment (DET) BD at Fort Sheridan, IL has a requirement in need of Lodging In-Kind using NAICS Code: 721110. The requirement is subject to the terms listed in the Performance Work Statement that is located in the solicitation. Please submit a quote by November 15, 2013 no later than 12:01PM EST. The basis for award will be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Evaluation factors will be security (hotel location, inside hotel rooms not accessible from the outside, etc), cleanliness, amenities and conformance with the PWS and solicitation. The quote should include any associated costs related to the requirement. The Location of Lodging must be within 10 miles of 3155 Blackhawk Dr Suite 599, Ft Sheridan, IL 60037 as stated in the PWS.
