- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is VA256-14-Q-0047 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-70. The interface testing will include HL- 7 message formats and mapping for inbound orders/ results, inbound ADT and outbound results. The details of the configuration are included documented and backed up after successful testing. Planning conference call and go-live business hours support are also included in these fees. LOCAL STOCK NUMBER: 60002203, 1, EA; LI 008: TalkStation 4.0 to 4.1 Upgrade Application Training The recommended service required for application training for customers moving from TalkStation 4.0 to 4.1 is 4 hours per system administrator and 1 hour per radiologist. This covers the improvement in functionality as well as working with the new version of Dragon speech engine. The specific Implementation management tasks to be performed by the project Manager include: Coordinate with all project resource and with the client project liaison. Develop, maintain, and review the project schedule Schedules and report on resources Obtain customer's acceptance for upgrade. Agfa field service engineers will provide onsite technical support such as installation of upgrades, assisting customer or other suppliers, or repairs that are needed after business hours or on Saturday. LOCAL STOCK NUMBER: LB5G8007, 10, EA; LI 011: Project Management- Add ones (per order) The TalkStation project manager will coordinate the implementation tasks to add client licenses or accessories to an existing TalkStation system. The project manager will insure timely equipment delivery, schedule service installation, resolve technical conflicts and obtain customer acceptance of the system addition. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction.
