Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Solicitation Number: VA701-14-Q-0028 The Department of Veteran Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Xerox Corporation, 1303 Ridgeview Blvd., Lewisville, TX 75057 for the procurement of services in support of an existing lease agreement buyout under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The contractor shall remove two (2) Xerox machines -from {Department of Veterans Affairs, Healthcare Talent Management Office, 55 N. Robinson Ave., Suite 1010, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102} as well as remove any remaining supplies for these machines as these supplies will not fit the new machines.
