Description

Sources Sought Notice The North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System (NF/SGVHS) in Gainesville, Florida desires to lease approximately 9,116 net usable square feet of clinical space in Gainesville, FL, supporting, the parent facility. The lease term requirement is for term of ten (10) years, five (5) years firm term. The space must be available for occupancy by June 1, 2015. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: a)NORTH: Intersection of Millhopper Road and Interstate 75 b)SOUTH: Intersection of West Newberry Road and NW 98th Street. c)EAST: Intersection of NW 69th Street and NW 39th Ave d)WEST: Intersection of County Road 241 South and NW 39th Ave. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. oDate of space availability oBuilding ownership information oAmount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any) oEnergy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building oMethod of rentable space measurement oList of services provided (lighting, maintenance, and shuttle). The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement. The Government is limited by law (40 USC 278a, as Amended 10-1-81) to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space.
