The VA Medical Center Syracuse, NY intends to replace and upgrade some HVAC systems including replacement of a 30,000 gallon aboveground fuel tank with an underground tank, installation of (2) ductless split air-conditioning units, convert hot water de-coupler to allow a primary/secondary arrangement, and install a new steam entrance and steam-to-heating hot water system, at its Rome, NY facility. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside.
