- Draft Performance Work Statement for Assessment Planning, Assessment Execution and Assessment Reports THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT AND MARKET SURVEY FROM WRITTEN INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMAITON IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO OBTAIN QUALIFICATION STATEMENTS FROM INTERESTED SMALL BUSINESSES FOR PERFORMING THE WORK DESCRIBED IN THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC), is seeking qualified contractors with current, relevant experience and the capacity/capability to provide technology research and development support, assessment and evaluation support, program/project planning, project management, equipment/components development and fabrication, administrative support, and assessment, analytical and documentation services in support of the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC) Experimentation Center (MEC) at potential locations CONUS and OCONUS. The work will primarily consist of: Assessment Planning, Assessment Execution and Assessment Reports. A draft Performance Work Statement is attached to this sources sought for more information regarding specific tasks. Should this requirement proceed as an acquisition, the Government intends to solicit under NAICS Code 541330 with a $14.0 million size standard. A single award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (FFP IDIQ) type contract is anticipated, with prospective task orders awarded using Firm Fixed Price (FFP) pricing schemes. The anticipated length of this contract will be a base year plus two option years for a total of three years. Interested businesses of all types are requested to submit a brief, written capabilities statement outlining relevant experience and capabilities. The capability statement shall not exceed five pages and consist of recent, relevant past performance information in providing the type of services described above as a prime or subcontractor. The email subject should be SOURCES SOUGHT N39430-14-R-1407 Assessment. Identify your business size standard in NAICS 541330, as reflected in your SAM.GOV registration. Please include current points of contact for past performance verification purposes, contract number(s), dollar value, period of performance, contracting agency, and a brief description of the contract scope of work. Also, include whether you are a current GSA schedule contract holder, the schedule #, and any terms.
