Exhibit L Draft Lease Exhibit K OCIO (IT) Requirements Exhibit J Fire and Life Safety Exhiibit I Representations an dCertifications 3518 Exhibit H Annual Cost Statement GS1217 Exhibit G Standard Proposal to Lease Space Form 1364C Exhibit F 3517B General Clauses Exhibit E Solicitation Provisions Exhibit D Delineated Area Exhibit C Seismic Offer Forms Exhibit A Agency Specific Requirements 11-14-2013 Exhibit B Security Requirements Request for Lease Proposal Roosevelt, Utah 57-8D43-14-01 Solicitation Number Notice Type 57-8D43-14-01 Roosevelt, Utah Solicitation Synopsis: REQUIREMENT: The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service, Duchesne County, Roosevelt, Utah is requesting interested parties to submit their expression of interest in providing approximately 6,400 to 6,720 Rentable square feet (RSF) (yielding a minimum of 6,058 Useable square feet [USF]) of class A office. The space must be able to provide the Government with a total of 68, on-site, paved parking spaces (16 of the total 68 spaces will be provided in an outdoor landlord provided secured parking area). DELINEATED AREA: The available building must be located within the area delineated area described below. Roosevelt City/Duchesne County Delineated Area (using Roosevelt City Street Coordinates): Fronting on improved, dedicated, addressed, asphalted or concreted streets falling within the following boundaries-- Within the rectangle formed by the following coordinates: 1200 North on the North, 900 West on the West, 1500 East on the East, 900 South on the South. AND Starting at 900 south and running South Westerly along Highway 40 to 2400 West and within an area between 800 South and 2200 South. And Within the Airport Industrial Park and property just west of the Airport Industrial Park zoned for Manufacturing within the following area: 1500 South on the North, 2000 South on the South, 1800 West on the East, 4100 West on the West. And Duchesne County Within Industrial or Commercially zoned areas of the County falling within: Township 2 South 1 West, Uintah Special Base and Meridian, Sections 19, 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32, And Township 2 South 2 West, Uintah Special Base and Meridian, Sections 24, 25, 26, 35, and 36, And Township 3 South Range 2 West Uintah Special Base and Meridian, Section 1, 2, and 3. Site must accommodate safe drive-through for customer agricultural vehicles and attached trailers as well as parking for these vehicles. TERM: 10 years, 5-years of the 10 will be a firm term. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy October 29, 2014 (Wednesday). OTHER: Submittals must be accompanied with verification of ownership. This applies to each and every property submitted. If there is more than one owner on a property all property owners must be named. Properties submitted must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the property owner(s). If an Agent offers more than one location, the Agent must provide signed agreements of representation from each of the property Owners. The agreement must state that each Owner is aware that the Agent is representing competing projects and that each Owner agrees to continue the relationship with the Agent without regard to the Agent's competing representations. The agent must list all property owners for each property submitted. Refer to Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) and attachments for submittal requirements. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the Real Property Leasing Officer named below: Responses to this advertisement should be received no later than 3:00 PM Monday January 3, 2014 referencing number 57-8D43-14-01.
