Description

The Aircrew Systems Program Management Activity (PMA202) of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price modification under existing sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-12-G-0017 with Cobham Life Support Division, Davenport, IA. This modifiction will be negotiated on a sole source basis with Cobham in accordance with FAR subpart 6.302-1, (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). Cobham is the manufacturer of the GGU-12 Oxygen Concentrators and CRU-99/A Solid State Oxygen Monitors (SSOM) that are currently deployed throughout the fleet and is the only contractor with the necessary data and capability to produce the GGU-12 Oxygen Concentrators and the CRU-99/A Oxygen Monitors. In support of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) E/A-18G, NAVAIR intends to procure the GGU-12 Oxygen Concentrators, P/N 3261077-0101 and CRU-99 Oxygen Monitors, P/N 320063-0102.
