- The purpose of this announcement, in accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (FAAAMS) paragraph 3.2.2.4, to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures. The FAA intends to award a single source contract to PC Helps Support, LLC. PC Helps Support, LLC is currently preforming similar support to the Department of Transportation. The services provided by PC Helps Support, LLC is necessary to provide required on-demand support and direct access to technical experts who are experienced in the migration of Lotus Notes to Microsoft Outlook and are knowledgeable in the use of the following commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications: Lotus Notes MS PowerPoint MS Access MS Project MS Excel MS Publisher MS Exchange MS SharePoint MS Internet Explorer MS Visio MS Lync MS Windows MS Office MS Word MS Office 365 SecureZip MS Office Communicator MS Office Live Meeting WinZip Transcend MS OneNote Proofpoint MS Outlook PC Helps Support, LLC will provide the following: Phone support delivered by expert level personnel dedicated to how-to support of Microsoft applications A Microsoft Gold Devices and Deployment competency A Microsoft Preferred Service Provider ( PSP ) specialized in Phone Support and Training services On-demand Support Services from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays Skilled computer consultants based in the U.S. with calls answered within 30 seconds Provide support via a toll free number that is available from anywhere in the United States A full and open competition is not available for this requirement. If your firm does not agree with the single source determination, please provide evidence of your firms' capabilities and experience in providing the above services.
