- This solicitation is for a multiple-year Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for the acquisition of the following: 6140-01-526-8780 (Battery) not to exceed 36 months or $150,000.00, whichever occurs first. This solicitation will be available for download on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about 12/02/2013; however, **DIBBS quotations are not acceptable for this solicitation.** Quotes must be submitted on hard copy of the RFQ and either faxed to the attention of Cerita Sellers at 614 693 1577, or scanned and emailed to cerita.sellers@dla.mil Note - Though this is an RFQ, the solicitation can only be found by searching RFP/IFB Database in DIBBS. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through DIBBS. (If applicable) The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (three year base two plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 6140. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Clark Equipment Company DBA Bobcat (CAGE 1QK63). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
