- Description
- Amendment #1 is hereby issued to provide the following Questions with their respective Answers, see below. All other terms and conditions will remain the same. • Seeing as you mention in the statement of work that one or more training sessions may run concurrently, would you allow for an overflow property to accommodate the double increase in lodging needs? No, the property should be able to accommodate the entire number • Next to your period of performance dates that list Plus or minus 45 rooms, page 4 SOW, you also state you need a down time room. Would you please clarify for me exactly what this means? A down time room would be used as a casual meeting space for participants to congregate, and should be large enough to accommodate minimum of 20 people comfortably at one time and segregated from other hotel patrons (a lounge seating area in a lobby would be an unacceptable down room) and should include amenities such as a television and internet/wi-fi access. The number of rooms may vary depending on the number of students and instructors at any particular class not to exceed 45. • Page 5 SOW it states "A conference room must be provided 6:00pm - midnight Feb 4, 2013 through Feb 13, 2013. Would you please provide the correct dates? Feb 4, 2014 through Feb 13, 2014 • Pricing Table: Since you want the hotels to accommodate approximately 45 rms per night/per stay, do you only want the Quantity column to reflect the price of one guestroom, or all 45 cumulatively with total cost per day for those 45 rooms? I hope this makes sense. The quantity column should reflect the price of one guestroom per night/per stay.
