- Description
- Notice of Intent to Re-Solicit for Linen/Mat Rental & Cleaning Services for the Defense Commissary Agency due to requirements change in the type of linens required. Contracts issued prior to FY 2013 will be re-solicited and will include the following items: White Butcher Clothing (Shirts, Pants, Coats and Aprons), Navy Blue Bib Aprons, Navy Blue Cobbler Aprons, Mats (3X5, 3X10, 4X6) and Mops (Dust and Wet). Options on existing contracts will not be exercised in 2014. New contract start dates will be effective at the time the existing contract or option period ends. RFQ's will be issued November 2013 through February 2014. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812332 and the business size standard is $35.5 million. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM information may be obtained at www.acquisition.gov or by calling 1-866-606-8220. The solicitation(s) and any amendments will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov under ODA (OTHER DEFENSE AGENCIES), DEFENSE COMMISSARY AGENCY.
