Solicitation number VA786-13-R-0271 This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, (NCA) is seeking qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses to provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment for one (1) un-armed/uniformed security guard service (Guard I), with a marked vehicle, at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ 85024. As a SDVOSB, or a VOSB you are required to complete the Veterans Online Business Registry (VETBIZ) registration at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and all awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management website at http://www.sam.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email to Joselito Roman, Contracting Officer, at Joselito.Roman@VA.Gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about November 13, 2013, 2013. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., November 29, 2013. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the FebBizOpps URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for downloading amendments.
