Amendment 3 is issued to include the following three (3) changes to the solicitation: All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Change 1: Remove the following presolicitations from this FBO posting: Project # 2 - Upgrade Information Management Closets for Security. Project # 3 - Correct Police and Security Service Space Deficiencies. These projects are no longer included in this FBO posting. Change 2: Rename the following projects to include the RFP number: Change Project # 1 heading to: Project # 1 - Construct Clinic Addition - Track 3 Clinic Build - RFP # VA247-14-R-0050 Change Project # 4 heading to: Project # 2 - Renovate Surgical Intensive Care Unit - RFP # VA247-14-R-0069 Change 3: Clarify that all presolicitations contained in this FBO posting are for ARCHITECT-ENGINEERING (A/E) DESIGN SERVICES ONLY. Any language that contains the term construction does so only to point to the intent to possibly perform construction at a future and undetermined date.
