- Mandatory BID Schedule Statement of Work NOTE: THIS REQUIREMENT IS INCREMENTAL FUNDING - PLEASE SEE DFARS 252.232-7007 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) PR# F4D3D93143AQ01. Submit written offers - quote template sheet will be provided upon request. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https:www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-70 and DFARS DPN 20131031. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 562998 and Size Standard of $7 million apply to this procurement. Project Number: F4D3D93143AQ01 Project Title: Septic and Grease Trap Services 1. Quotes should conform to the CLIN structure as established in this synopsis/solicitation. Offerors must provide a cost for all items listed in the attached Statement of Work using the attached Bid Schedule. 2. Quotes shall be valid through 12/31/2013. 3.
