- Amendment #2 Administrative change to IFB due date, new date December 3, 2013 at 3:00 pm est. The purpose of this amendment is to make the following administrative change (extension of due date) to the IFB/solicitation: on page 1 of the IFB (LINE 13(a)), replace the following sentence "sealed offers in original and 1 copies to perform the work required are due at the place specified in item 8 by 1400 (hour) local time 11/20/2013 (date)" with "sealed offers in original and 1 copies to perform the work required are due at the place specified in item 8 by 1500 (hour) local time 12/3/2013 (date)".
