U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: San Diego, CA Delineated Area: Central Business Area North: Harbor Drive to Grape Street to Interstate East: Interstate 5 South: Imperial Avenue to the San Diego Bay West: San Diego to Harbor Drive to Grape Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,949 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,646 Approx. Rentable Square Feet: 16,377 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 46 spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 30 spaces (do not need to be in building) Parking Spaces (Structured): 16 spaces Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of interest welcome only from building owners and/or their authorized representatives. Expressions submitted by anyone other than the owner should include a copy of agreement authorizing representation.
