- Construct 56 new single family houses on a 34 acre site. Project has been designed and will be constructed to the requirements of Energy Star Qualified New Homes Version 3. One of the homes will be a 4-Bedroom, 2700 SF, 2-story home and the rest will be 3-Bedroom, 2200-2000 SF, single story homes. All houses will have attached 2-car garages and unfinished full basements. Construction will consist of wood framing with vinyl siding and some areas of brick or stone facing, reinforced concrete foundation and floor slabs, and shingle roof systems. All houses will have ground-source geothermal heating and cooling. Site work consists of significant grading, existing tree and shrub removal, all underground utility services, roads, driveways, sidewalks, street lighting, landscaping, and recreation amenities. **Note that this is a sources sought only and no other information is available at this time.
