- **This bridge effort has been amended to add an extra month, to account for delays caused by the Government shutdown. The period of performance for the proposed contract is anticipated to be a 10-month period of performance, 04/01/2013 to 01/31/2014. The total estimated value of the proposed contract is $4.944 million. All capability statements received by 10:00AM local time on November 30, 2013, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
