Request For Proposal (Offsite Server Room) November 15, 2013 Reference: Off-Site Server Room Subject: Request For Proposal (RFP) NEARFP 14-01 Dear Prospective Offeror: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 6. The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) invites contractors to submit proposals for the services described in the attached statement of work and request for proposal (RFP). Enclosed you will find a statement of work/solicitation seeking proposals for co-location/off-site server room location services. QUESTIONS DEADLINE : Questions concerning this proposal must be submitted only via email to chaudhryu@arts.gov by 12:00 PM EST Wednesday, 20 November 2013. PROPOSALS DEADLINE : Proposals must be submitted by 5:00 PM EST Monday, 2 December 2013. This RFP in no way obligates the U.S. Government to award a contract, nor does it commit the U.S. Government to pay any costs incurred in preparing and submitting your proposal. Sincerely, Usmaan Z.
