- The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the 99th RSC to be held in Baltimore, MD. The 99th RSC Event Package is for sleeping rooms. The hotel location shall be within a 15-mile radius of BWI International Airport 7062 Elm Rd, Baltimore, MD 21240. The period of performance is 05 December 2013 through 08 December 2013. This requirement 100% small business set-aside. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not considered a request for quote. The solicitation will be posted on or about 19 November 2013. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from the FBO. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror.
