Description

UPDATE ( 18 NOV 13) The Government will pursue award of this Maxwell BOS requirement utilizing full and open competition. UPDATE ( 18 NOV 13) As noted in the first update above (21 Aug 13), an Industry Day was held on 29 Aug 13 to discuss a concept pricing methodology/structure for the Civil Engineering portion of both Maxwell and Vance BOS requirements. Based on industry feedback received and multiple question and answer sessions, the Government has determined the pricing methodology/structure presented at the Industry Day is NOT suitable. The Industry Day minutes, slides, and Q&A have been posted at the link below for information and transparency purposes only. As this approach is no longer applicable, the Government is not seeking questions or comments regarding this original approach. In response to industry feedback, a revised approach is currently being developed. The Government anticipates posting this approach at a later date as an attachment to the Industry Day FBO page.
