- PR 0051283903 for NSN 1680-01-524-3583, The Boeing Company, CAGE 76301, and PRC-Desoto, CAGE 83574, P/N 74B000053-201, Mat, Walking, Aircraft. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The solicitation will request pricing for a quantities of 330 each. Inspection/ Acceptance / FOB Destination, delivery 226 days ARO. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition procedures. The item is not used in the commercial sector. This is not a Critical Safety item. It is anticipated that the solicitation issue date will be on or around 02 December 2013 and closing date will be on or around 03 January 2014. a copy of the RFP solicitation will be made available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, the successful offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), formerly Central Contactor Registration (CCR). Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
