Basis of Award The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quotation conforming to the solicitation represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price, and Technical capability and Delivery. PRICE: Lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. TECHNICAL CAPABILITY: The government will consider the completeness and feasibility of the vendor's Technical Approach to assess vendors understanding of the requirement and its ability to successfully complete contract requirements.
