Description

Request For Contractor Proposal For Two FRCs Approved J&A For the Purchase of Two FRCs The United States Coast Guard intends to add a one year option period seven to allow for the purchase of two (02) Fast Response Cutters (FRCs) from Bollinger Shipyards Lockport, L.L.C., 8365 Highway 308 South, Lockport, LA 70374-0250 under Contract HSCG23-08-C-2FR125. If the option is exercised, the two additional FRCs will not exceed the original maximum quantity of 34 allowed under the contract. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) is 336611. The two additional FRCs must be fully compatible with the existing FRC fleet. No substitutes shall be considered at this time. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
