- Wage Determination Solicitation The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Proposal for a firm fixed-price contract with a base and three (3) options years to identify population of origin from juvenile salmonid tissue samples from the Tracy Fish Collection Facility, other CVP facilities, and associated monitoring programs using appropriate genetic methods and appropriate stable isotope methods. This requirement is being advertised under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541690, with a small business size standard of $14 million. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business. Solicitation R14PS92016 will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about November 19, 2013. The date for receipt of quotations shall be December 3, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. pacific standard time. All quotations shall be submitted via e-mail to dlaxamana@usbr.gov. No quotation shall be accepted via IDEAS-EC. The solicitation shall be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is a recently implemented Federal Government owned-and-operated FREE web site that consolidates the capabilities in Central Contractor Registration (CCR)/Federal Register (FedReg), Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), and Excluded Parties List System (EPLS).
