- Description
- The Black Hills National Forest intends to issue a Request For Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to provide janitorial services for the Northern Hills Ranger District, Lawrence County, SD. The office contains approximately 12,700 square feet of floor area. Approximately 10,750 square feet are carpeted and approximately 1,950 square feet are tile or linoleum. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561720 with a size standard of $16.5 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Services will run from Notice to Proceed through December 31, 2014. This is a base year contract with three option years. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
