- The Coast Guard's Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is considering whether or not to set-aside an acquisition for 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB,WOSB or Small Business firms. Performance will take place at Base Seattle (Pier 37). There is no geographical restriction for this requirement. Period of Performance will be 7/23/14 - 9/17/14. The requirement will result in award of a single firm fixed price ship repair contract. The current list of work items is as follows: Tanks (Dirty Oil and Waste), Clean and Inspect Sewage Holding Tanks, Clean and Inspect Deck Covering (Carpeting), Renew Temporary Services, Provide Air Conditioning Plants, System Groom Refrigeration Plants, System Groom WAGB Fixed CO2 And HALON Systems Annual Certification Allied K280-70 Crane, Level 1 Inspect and Repair Allied T60-60 Crane, Level 1 Inspect and Repair Firewatches, Provide Port Over the Side J-Frame, Overhaul Exhaust Stacks, Hanger and Support Inspections Stack Crack Repairs Tank Level Indicators, Calibrate Pyrometers and Thermocouples, Calibrate Elevators and Dumbwaiter, Level 1 Annual Certification Miranda Davit, Level 1 Inspection Boiler Water Jet Cleaning Boiler 5 Year Certification POLAR STAR Oceanographic Winch Inspection and Level 1 Testing Stability Test Electrical Matting Renewal Hole Repair Joiner Door Renewal Deck Preservation Scullery Rehab Aft Over the Side J-Frame, Overhaul Sea Crane, Inspection and Overhaul Trawl Core Winch Inspection and Level 1 Testing The NAICS code for this requirement is 336611 and the associated size standard is 1,000 employees on an annualized basis.
